Yezz is a known for its low cost, stylish devices and it is also the first company to offer WhatsApp application in feature phones under $20. This Miami-based phone maker has come up and announced two new handsets that run on latest Windows Phone 8.1 Operating system. The two new devices are named as Yezz Billy 4.7 and Yezz Billy 4.0 mainly targeted for mid range market.
From the name itself we can say that Yezz Billy 4.7 will feature a 4.7 inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolutions and will be running on the latest version of Windows 8.1 Operating system. This device is powered by a quad core Snapdragon processor with unknown clocking speeds and chipset name. The Yezz Billy 4.7 will have a 13.1 MP camera on the rear and the front camera is not mentioned. The device includes HSPA+ connectivity and is a dual SIM variant.
Details like the RAM memory, ROM memory, connectivity and many other specifications are yet to be revealed by the company. Like many of the Nokia’s Lumia Windows Phones, even this Yezz Billy 4.7 will be coming with interchangeable back covers that will be coming in Blue, Red and White, giving the user to choose the option they want. The company claims that the device is just 7.2 mm thin and this is the world’s thinnest mobile handset that is based on Windows Phone 8.1 Operating System.
Coming to the second device, the Yezz Billy 4.0 has a 4 inch display and will be powered with a unknown quad core processor and also has an 8 MP rear facing camera. Other details of it are not provided for now. The unlocked version of Yezz Billy 4.7 and Billy 4.0 will be priced at $249 / €229 and $139 / €129 respectively.
